No. We charge the monthly fee and we get to work. No surprise invoices before we've even started.
What about ad spend?
Ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta. It never touches our account. You control it. We manage it. You see exactly where every dollar goes.
What if I want to cancel?
Thirty days notice and you're done. We'd obviously rather keep you and keep delivering results. But we're not going to hold your business hostage with a twelve-month contract.
How long does setup take?
Usually five to seven business days from signing to live system. We move quickly because we know you're losing leads every day you don't have this running.
Do I need any technical knowledge?

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees on any plan. The monthly price is the monthly price. The only additional cost is advertising spend for clients on the Growth or Pro plans and that goes directly to Google or Meta — never through us. You have full visibility and control over your ad budget at all times.
What is the minimum contract length?
Every plan is month to month. There are no minimum contract lengths and no cancellation fees. You give thirty days notice if you want to cancel and that is it. We do not use contracts to keep clients because we rely on results to keep them.
What does ad spend billed separately actually mean?
It means the money you spend on Google Ads or Meta Ads goes directly from your payment method to Google or Meta. North Digital Agency never handles your ad budget. We manage the campaigns — the strategy, the keywords, the targeting, the optimisation — but the actual advertising budget is yours and you see every penny of it in your Google Ads or Meta Ads account. Our monthly fee covers the management service only.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time with no penalty and the new services start immediately. Downgrading is also possible with thirty days notice. If you start on the Starter plan and want to add Google Ads management you simply move to the Growth plan in the following month.
What happens to my systems if I cancel?
If you cancel we give you full access to export your CRM data, contact lists, and any website content we have built for you. We do not hold your data hostage. Any custom automations and workflows we have built for your GoHighLevel account remain accessible to you during the thirty-day notice period so you have time to transition or export everything you need.

We do not offer a free trial but we do offer a free thirty-minute growth audit with no obligation.
