This is a performance-based remote role for a resilient and target-driven individual based in Pakistan. You will be making outbound cold calls to Notary Public business owners across the United States on behalf of North Digital Agency. Your job is to start the conversation, deliver a short compelling pitch, and book a discovery call or send a demo website link to interested prospects. You will be trained, scripted, and supported. Your results will determine your earnings.

About North Digital Agency

North Digital Agency is an AI-powered automation and digital marketing agency that helps local service businesses across the United States generate more leads and convert them automatically. We build complete customer acquisition systems combining Google Ads, AI voice agents, AI chatbots, CRM automation, and professional websites.

We are a remote-first company founded by Ahmad Khan, a paid media specialist with five years of experience managing over $40,000 per month in client ad spend and Top Rated status on Upwork. We are in the early stages of building our team and the people who join now will grow directly with the business.

The Role

You will be making outbound cold calls to Notary Public business owners across major US cities including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. These are businesses we have already identified through research as having a Google Business Profile but no website — which means they have a proven need for exactly what we offer.

Your opening will be personal and specific. Before each batch of calls we build a custom demo website for the prospect's specific business. Your job is to call them and tell them we have already built something for their business and would like to show it to them. This is not a cold pitch from scratch. You are calling with something specific and tangible to offer immediately.

This role is for someone who can make consistent high-volume calls, stay positive after rejection, adapt their tone to different personalities, and log every call outcome accurately in our CRM. We provide the list, the script, the training, the CRM, and the calling software. You provide the voice, the energy, and the commitment.

What You Will Do

Make 100 Outbound Cold Calls Per Day.

This is the primary deliverable and the non-negotiable core of this role. Using our provided calling software and prospect list you will dial 100 Notary Public business owners per day during US business hours. This number is achievable and we will show you how to reach it consistently.

Deliver a Short Scripted Opening Pitch.

We provide a complete call script including the opening hook, the pitch, objection responses, and the close. You will learn it, make it your own, and deliver it naturally and conversationally. The pitch is two to three sentences and leads with the fact that we have already built something for their business.

Qualify and Book Discovery Calls.

When a prospect expresses interest your job is to move them to the next step. Either book a 15-minute discovery call directly into our calendar or get permission to send them the demo website link by text or email. Both outcomes count as a qualified lead in your performance metrics.

Send Demo Website Links via Text.

When a prospect asks you to send them something you will text them the demo website link immediately while still on the call using our messaging system. Speed matters. The link goes out before they have time to forget the conversation.

Log Every Call Outcome in the CRM.

After every call whether answered or not you log the outcome in our GoHighLevel CRM. Answer. No answer. Voicemail left. Not interested. Callback requested. Booked. This data is how we improve the list and the script over time.

Leave Professional Voicemail Messages.

When a prospect does not answer you leave a short pre-recorded style voicemail referencing the demo website. One click voicemail drop makes this fast and consistent across all calls.

Follow Up on Warm Leads.

Prospects who asked you to call back or who showed interest but did not commit go into a follow-up queue. You follow up within 24 to 48 hours with a second call and a personalised reference to the previous conversation.

Attend Weekly Team Calls.

Once per week we review call performance, listen to call recordings together, refine the script, and identify what is working and what needs adjustment. This is a coaching session not a surveillance exercise.

What We Are Looking For

Clear and confident spoken English with neutral or minimal accent.

Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer service, or any outbound calling role.

Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain positive energy throughout the day.

Strong listening skills — you hear what the prospect is actually saying and respond to it rather than reading from a script robotically.

Basic computer literacy — you can navigate a CRM, log call notes, and send a text from a dashboard.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet professional calling environment.

Self-motivated with no need for constant supervision.

Honest and transparent with call reporting — we track outcomes by recording not just by your logs.

Ability to work during US business hours which is approximately 3pm to 11pm Pakistan Standard Time depending on the target time zone.

Strong work ethic and genuine desire to earn based on performance.

What We Offer

Base Pay Plus Commission

You receive a base payment for hitting your daily call target of 100 calls. On top of the base you earn a commission for every qualified lead that converts to a paying client. The more you book the more you earn. Top performers earn significantly more than the base alone.

Complete Training and Script Provided

You will not be thrown into calls without preparation. We provide a complete call script, objection handling guide, training recordings, and one-on-one coaching before your first live call day.

All Tools Provided

We provide the calling software with a US phone number, the prospect list, the CRM access, the voicemail drop system, and the demo website links. You need nothing except a computer, headset, and internet connection.

Remote and Flexible

This is a fully remote role. You work from home during Pakistan business evening hours to overlap with US daytime. No commute. No office. Just you, your headset, and your results.

These targets are based on industry benchmarks for cold calling Notary Public businesses in the US and our own testing. The 5 to 8 percent connect rate is realistic for business phone numbers in this sector. A 1 to 3 qualified lead per day outcome is achievable and is what we are building toward. We will track your progress weekly and adjust our approach together if targets are not being met.

Compensation

Base Pay

PKR 30,000 to 50,000 per month depending on experience. This is paid for consistently hitting the 100 calls per day target across minimum 20 working days per month.

Commission

PKR 5,000 per client that converts to a paying account as a direct result of your outreach. A single converted client earns you a significant bonus on top of base pay.

Target Monthly Earnings

PKR 35,000 to 75,000 per month for a performer who hits daily targets and generates two to three client conversions per month.

Compensation will be reviewed and increased as the agency grows and client conversions are proven. Early team members who perform well will have opportunities for increased base pay, higher commission rates, and expanded responsibilities.

What to Expect in Your First 30 Days

Week One

Training

You will receive the complete call script, watch training recordings of successful calls, learn the CRM and calling software, and do five to ten practice calls with feedback before going live.

Week Two

Calibration

Your first full week of live calls. We listen to recordings daily and give specific feedback on your delivery, pacing, and objection handling. Targets are flexible this week as you find your rhythm.

Weeks Three & Four

Performance

Full target is now in place. 100 calls per day. Performance is tracked and reviewed weekly. Your first commission payment is earned the moment a prospect you contacted converts to a paying client.
